    Pantela de Guayaba, aka Puerto Rican Guava Almond Cake, the Eb & Bean way(and gluten free of course). This traditional cake is dense, buttery, and crumbly flavored with almond and vanilla extracts and a chewy layer of guava paste in between, topped with powdered sugar.

    SALTY DATE TAHINI

    Sea salt + organic dates + organic creamy tahini = the perfect blend of salty, sweet, and nutty
